Hi everyone! For this week's challenge #3 at The Digi Bistro we were asked to make a Halloween layout using this fabulous SVG set called HALLOWEEN TOWN! I was super excited when I was downloading them to my computer because this set has 17 items for only $5 how cool is that!!! For my layout I did NOT use not one Cricut cartridge to create my masterpiece LOL! I actually used as many SVG's as I could fit on one 12x12 layout so I was able to squueze in 6.... 3 pumpkins stamped with PKS faces, 1 spider, marquee shape, and "Spooky"title. The other font is called "Carbon Type" font that I downloaded for free somewhere on a free font site (I'm sorry I couldn't remember which site!)
For all of my SVG files I cut them out on my Cricut Expression 2 using SCAL 2. I added tons of Black Soot Distress ink, and Timeless Lilac Glimmer Mist Spray. I also added some Stickles and 2 very large purple pieces of bling.... LOL so me haha!
I made the chick pumpkin stand out by stamping the sentiment "I Don't BITE...but HE does!" with Crafty Sprouts MONSTER KISSES stamp set and placed a VERY spooky spider on her head. That girl pumpkin is scared of spiders just like me haha! This is how I look at all spiders.... like they have bloody fangs and they are all out to get me haha I'm serious! My hubby makes fun of me all the time because I SCREAM when I see ANY spider ANY size lol!! I placed a pop dot under the spider too!
Here's a closeup of the spooky title!

I got the witch along with her accerories and the witches brew pot from that cart. I stamped her face with Peachy Keen Stamps- Retro Faces, and the pot with PKS Monster faces. I added bling to her hat with my i-rock and added green Stickles on her hair. I stamped the sentiment with CRAFTY SPROUTS Monster Kisses Stamps and then embossed in my Cuttlebug. I made a green slimey border with my MS Drippy Goo punch and added ribbon and buttons. I found this awesome sketch from Peachy keen Stamps Tuesday Sketch

Hi everyone welcome to the Hawaii Blog Hop hosted by Nicolette Beyond Scrapin if you are here from Pam Scrapbook Flair then you are in the right spot! This hop is all about Hawaii! I decided to make a set of 4 matching notecards;
All stamps are from The Greeting Farm stamps which I colored with markers. I stamped all sentiments with the brand new CRAFTY SPROUTS "TEXT TALK" stamp set! I embossed with my Cuttlebug and used a border punch on the edges.
I also made envelope to go along with the cards and stamped the sentiment which is also from CRAFTY SPROUTS "TEXT TALK" stamp set. The envelopes are from Slumber Party LITE Cricut cart.
Here I added some adhesive tabs on the envelope.
I bundled all of the cards and envelopes together and added twine to tie them all together.

***This is my 2nd post today please scroll down for my CRAFTY SPROUTS project***
Hi everyone!! I am super excited because I was asked by THE SCRAPBOOKING QUEEN herself to be a Guest Designer on her new blog which is PRINCESS PENELOPE! Princess Penelope will have a Guest Designer making a dog themed project every Friday.
For my project I decided to make a scrapbook layout about my son and one of our dogs named Littlefoot aka Boots! My son loves playing with Boots a lot and stealing his ball away from him it's pretty funny watching them play together, but sometimes I gotta stop my son from being too rough with my furbaby!
For my layout I decided to break out an older cart which is A Child's Year for the boy and dog silhouette, the title I Love My Dog is from the Car Decals cart. All of the papers and little tag embellishments are from SEI At the park paper pack that I got on clearance at Michaels for $5 score!!
I didn't get a chance to get my pic printed at Walgreen's so here it is....Aidan and Boots best friends forever!!! I am so in LOVE with this picture it looks like my dog is striking a major pose and they both have big huge smiles!! I have so much love for my babies.....my son and my 2 furbabies. I hope my other dog won't be mad at me because I didn't feature him on today's layout... I still love you Blackie Bear LOL!!!
Here's a lil' closeup for you, the thick brown ribbon is actually clearance Christmas ribbon from last year! I love a good deal haha!
Inside the title I stamped the sentiment with a Scrappy Moms new release stamp it says 'You had me at Woof' isn't that cute! LOL! When Boots barks it sounds like he says "Woof" or "Bow wow"!! And when my other dog barks it sounds like "Arf Arf" LOL!! Ok I'm nuts, I love my dogs so much they always cheer me up when I'm sad, and they are little "BIG" guard dogs they are both under 15 pounds but they have big attitudes!!
Thank you so much for checking out my layout today, I hope I was able to inspire you to scrapbook your fav dog picture! Please make sure you got check out PRINCESS PENELOPE'S BLOG!!
P.S. Be sure to check out my blog tomorrow for the Hawaii Blog Hop

So for our first project we were asked to create something with this fabulous color scheme and my first thought was.....the beach!!
For my layout I decided to make something for my son's beach pictures, ok he hates going to the beach he won't go near the water but he loves playing in the sand LOL! I cut the title, wave, and the boy from the Digi Bistro Beach Bum Collection with my SCAL 2 in my Cricut Expression. I added stickles to the sun and embossed the title with my Cuttlebug and inked it up. I also added ribbon and buttons to the wave.
I plan on doing my journaling in the sun
This sweet little boy reminds me of my son so much because they both have long hair!

Hi everyone, welcome to the I Love My Teacher Blog Hop hosted by Abby if you are here from Michelle Scrappin With My Bug then you are in the right spot! This hop is going to be great there are so many prizes up for grabs so be sure you check out all of the stops you don't want to miss a thing!
For my project I had such a hard time figuring out what to make especially since my son isn't in school yet and I haven't been to school in a very long time! Well after searching through my Cricut carts and doing many google and blog searches I was still searching to get inspired. Then I came across this teacher website and BOOM!!! I found my inspiration...hello CAR DECALS cart here I come LOL!! I was super excited when I found that picture it's like it just fell into my hands tonight at 10:30pm...talk about waiting to the last minute right girls LOL!
So for my teacher card I used the Car Decals cart and found this cute little guy that actually looks a lot like my 11th grade math teacher he was a short lil' guy with glasses and white hair, I remember him being so sweet like a great grandparent and he was so patient! I had such a hard time with math in H.S. and failed Algebra and got a D in Geometry and then finally I got into this glass in 11th grade called Business Math and it was a perfect fit for me!! I don't remember my teachers name but I remember he was a cool teacher, so thanks teacher!! I got the apple from the Locker Talk cart, which was free with my Cricut rewards, created my own stamp sentiment and did faux stitching. I was going for a chalk board look.
Blog Candy! I am giving away this Me and my big Ideas glitter school sticker set to one lucky follower, just leave me a comment about one of your fav teachers! I will choose a winner on Monday!

Hi everyone!! I am so excited to share with you the sneak peek from Erika's Crafty Sprouts NEW stamp line!!! For my project I got to preview the TEXT TALK stamp set which has some really cute sentiments and even a Smart Phone!! I used 3 of the stamps LOL, Call Me, (Anytime)
I made a phone & address book from a Cocoa Pebbles cereal box yum, love that cereal it's like a bowl of chocolate LOL! The paper is from DCVW All Dressed Up stack. The phone is from the From My Kitchen Cricut cart and the stamp is called Cheeky Chat from The Greeting Farm Stamps. The best part of all I added tons of bling and stickles to the phone!! I got huge bags of larger bling pieces from the Dollar Tree for $1!! I bought 5 bags LOL, gotta stock up!
I colored the stamp with Zig markers and added Stickles and pop dots!
Here's the inside of my phone book, I found the address book pages for free online and printed a total of 8 of them. The total size of my phone book is 5x5.5 inches.
Giveaway!! Please be sure to check out Crafty Sprouts Stamps and leave a comment on both of our blogs to qualify for this Text Talk stamp set! The stamp quality is amazing nice clean stamp images!

Here's a close up of my flowers and the title "Love you forever and ever" I placed the title in my Xyron machine upside down and added blue Micro Beads from Martha Stewart.
I was so happy to see that this bird had a silhouette cut on it since this cart has sooooo many layers. The less layers the better for me sometimes LOL! I also added some Stickles to the bird and bling.
Ok so I just figured out a new technique!! Here's a regular piece of bling that I glued on the lace with some extra hold adhesive, well after it was done drying it had this nice crackle effect that I've never seen when using another kind of glue. The glue smells very strong and it works on any fabric or surface and it stays put and best of all it's acid free! I purchased mine at my local JoAnn's store with a coupon, they sell it in the paint section it's called E-6000 Adhesive. I've also seen it at Big Lots and Walmart. Just had to share that with you guys!!
Blog Candy!! I am giving away 1- Peachy Keen stamps Bird Faces and More stamp set!!!
To qualify for the prize you must be a follower and leave me a comment today and tomorrow, you won't want to miss my post for tomorrow I will be using this same exact set for my project!!!
I will choose a random winner on Friday 8/12 good luck!
Here is my fabulous lineup:
