365 Projects in 365 Days

My previous New Year's resolution was to be creative everyday with my Cricut, but since I've started my blog 2 years ago I have come across so many new exciting things like stamps, digi stamps, non-Cricut projects using chipboard, stickers, etc. and now my addition is the Silhouette Cameo. I will be posting many pictures and tutorials of all my projects. I will be making scrapbook layouts, cards, tags, embellishments and altered items. My goal is to create 365 projects in 365 days.

#211 Birthday Owl Card, Christmas Pics, & 2 Blog Hops

Hi everyone thank you all for the sweet Christmas Wishes I hope you guys had a good one! Here is a card I made for my little baby sister....yep she's the baby out of the 4 of us girls, and she turns 20 tomorrow big 2-0! She's officially old LOL j/k! Okay maybe not old but she's not a teen anymore!

I cut this very adorable owl, frame, and banner from one of my favorite Lite's which is Twinkle Toes. I stamped the entire frame with the oval shape with a very large woodgrain stamp from Michael's. I stamped the sentiment on the banner with Pink By Design and added blue and white buttons underneath the banner. I also stamped her face with Peachy Keen Stamps Critter Faces.
I also have some very exciting news for you....I will be in 2 Blog Hops this weekend the first one will start on New Year's Eve at 7pm PST starting at Jennifer's blog  http://www.craftycardgallery.blogspot.com/ the theme will be Thank You Cards, you will have all weekend to complete the hop.
Also, for my 2nd blog hop it will start on my sister Joanna's blog http://scrap-making.blogspot.com/ and her theme is Let's Celebrate! We are celebrating her 25th birthday, and also her one year blog Anniversary! This is going to be big because she is doing 6 days of GIVEAWAYS before the start date of the hop! Today she is giving away an i-rock!! Hmmm what will she giveaway tomorrow?? Be sure to stop by and leave her a comment everyday so you have a chance to win some awesome blog candy!http://scrap-making.blogspot.com/  My sister's hop will begin at 7AM PST on Jan.1st, and you will also have all weekend to complete the hop.

Now onto my Christmas pictures:

Here is a Christmas pic of my son and I at my grandma's house, it's the best one LOL, I have one where he is looking at the tree and another one where he is picking his nose LOL!

Nose picker caught in the act ha ha! He rarely ever picks his nose, I don't know why he chose this moment to do it LOL!

Isn't Aidan cute with is little outfit! I love it so much and it matched perfectly with my $5 dress!! Yep I love a good deal, my Christmas dress is actually a summer dress that was in the Clearance section at Charlotte Russe in the mall I got lucky!

Looks like you've had a great Christmas,I'm glad to have a digital camera as there's always plenty of dodgy photos. Love your Cricut card, I got some new cartridges for Christmas and made something other than a card for once! Come check it out if you get the chance,I'm rather pleased to have done some scrapping for a change. Happy New year to you and yours,Julie x

Your owl card is wonderful (Happy Birthday to your sister.). I love that stamp you used. You and your son are precious. I love the matching outfits. My kids are a little too old for that, but the memories are priceless.

Happy New Year,
